What Is This All About?

Hello Fellow Students! My name is Lauren E. Conway, and Im running for ASUA Senate 2006, I know that must come as a surprise considering the title of this site.

The purpose of this link is to give you, the voter, more information on who I am, what I stand for, and how to get in touch with me regarding any comments or questions you may have! That way you can make an informed decision come March 7th and 8th, just in case Facebook lets you down.

So make sure to check out my platforms and what I have to offer, I may be a freshman but Im excited to get involved and help make ASUA a better place for everyone in 2006!

My Main Platforms:

1. Address the issue of freshman retention through residence life, by developing and presenting a more advanced roommate selection questionnaire in the hope of creating a more stabilized and desired living situation.

2. Preserve student seating for all sporting events by strengthening the line of communication between the elected student officials and the athletics department ensuring that student interests are represented and protected.

3. Keeping the approved expansion in mind, address the crowding issues at the Student Recreation Center by initiating an off-peak hours incentive plan.
